15-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Please email us at Wolfpack@lupusrex.com.au and let us know why you are not satisfied with your purchase with photos if possible.
From there we can organise a refund, exchange, or store credit.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if we’ve sent the wrong product, let us know within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll replace it immediately at no cost to you.
